The purpose of these actions comes from the "Support Program for People with Disabilities"Created by GNR last year, than "aims to promote the rights and guarantees of decent living conditions for people with disabilities, seeking to involve, proactively, citizens to meet, to comprehend, meet the needs and differences of each, allowing equal opportunities, and to prevent neglect situations, violence and ill-treatment of these people".
