The passing of a car caused the fall of the statue D. Dinis, in the square with the same name, in the village of Ourique.
The information is provided by the municipality, which reveals that it was an accident.
“The statue of D. Dinis was carefully packaged and transported to the Municipal Shipyard where it will remain until it undergoes a conservation and restoration intervention.”, proceed.
According to the local authority, restoration work will be carried out “as soon as possible ” and will be accompanied by the CACMB team.
