Trying to maintain traditions, considered as an important pillar of the identity and dynamics of communities, the Municipality of Ourique promotes between 4 and 8 from January to JANEIRAS – Sing to the Kings and the Child.
The Municipality has sought to preserve and promote the traditions that are part of the identity marks and community spirit. Moments of joy, musica, faith, that help to strengthen bonds between people and value our roots.
In the various locations of the municipality we will have performances by Pedro Mestre, José Diogo Bento and João Nobre according to the following program:
Farm, 4 January: 19H Conceição Church and 21H Panóias Church
Sixth, 5 January: 19H Church of Santana da Serra and 21H Church of Ourique
Sunday, 7 January: 15H Church of Garvão, 17H Funcheira Church and 7PM Santa Luzia Church
Second, 8 January: 19H Church of Grandaços and 21H Church of Aldeia de Palheiros
