The Municipality of Ourique has been preparing the elaboration of this important municipal management instrument to 2023.
The Executive justifies that “after two years marked by the pandemic and a year in which political crisis at the national level determined the approval of the State Budget to 2022 out of timeâ€.
In this context, held meetings to prepare the Municipal Budget for 2023 of the Mayor of Ourique, Marcelo Guerreiro, with the Presidents of the Parish Councils and the opposition councilors, in an effort to make the electoral program supported by the voters of Ourique compatible with their needs and proposals.
The Municipality of Ourique maintains that “the context of uncertainty determined by the war in Ukraine and by inflationary dynamics determine natural cautions, within the framework of budgetary rigor that has characterized municipal management, always with people as a priority, attentive to the dynamics of the territory and in a constant search for new funding opportunities to implement projects that contribute to improving the quality of life and developing the municipalityâ€.
Ourique City Council led by Marcelo Guerreiro, ensures that budgetary effort is always a compromise between needs and availabilities, without losing sight of the rigor in the management of resources and the maintenance of the capacity to react according to new realities and the emergence of opportunities for the affirmation of ideas, projects and initiatives for the county.
