The paving of streets in three Aldeia de Palheiros, Ourique and Garvão, mean that the Municipality of Ourique reaffirms its commitment to progress, investing in people’s quality of life and territorial cohesion.
The new street paving project, which covers the village of Palheiros, Ourique and Garvão, is yet another example of the municipal executive's effort to create conditions that promote mobility, security and accessibility in the municipality.
With an investment of 148.939,11 euros, plus ICMS, and an execution deadline of 90 days, This intervention will pave more than 6.600 m2 of roads, improving circulation and accessibility within localities. This is a significant step towards a more connected and modern municipality.
Flooring: Haystacks village: Redevelopment of strategic streets such as Rua Padre José Azevedo, Rua do Correio and Rua do Poço, among others, covering an area of 4.886 m². Ourique: Interventions at Travessa do Calabouço, Rua Dr. Virgílio Saque and connection between Rua da Batalha de Ourique and Rua Dr. Francisco Sá Carneiro, adding 1.060 m². Garvão: Works on Rua da Escola and the final section of Avenida Gonçalo Nobre Valente, next to the junction with EN389, encompassing 679 m².
