Our land, IPSS Headquarters in Palheiros Village, in partnership with the Local Council of Social Action of Ourique, Coordinated by the Municipality of Ourique, Advances with implementation throughout the area of ​​the municipality of Ourique the CLDS 5G - Ger(A)TIONS.
O CLDS 5G – GER(A)As its primordial purposes has the promotion of social inclusion, the fight against poverty and the promotion of territorial cohesion.
The project started in the last day 01 February and has a duration of 48 months, with the distribution of a leaflet throughout the county and with the production/ realization of a promotional video with the joint participation of children and the elderly.
This project is addressed to children and young people 0 to 24 years and senior with 65 and more years resident in the municipality of Ourique and, its main objectives are: Combat poverty and social exclusion of children and young people, promoting an effective guarantee for childhood and promoting autonomy, active aging and longevity of the seniors.
Through the implementation of 12 activity typologies, focused on a social intervention of proximity, centered on individual needs and strengthened by work in partnership with local social action entities and sectors, It is expected that at the end of the project, in 2029, Participants reveal lower risk of poverty and social exclusion, greater autonomy and well-being, obtaining significant impacts on improving its quality of life and social inclusion.
Specifically, as 12 Activities Typologies to Develop will allow us to provide integrated and multidisciplinary services of individual and close follow -up; Increase personal skills, Family and Social of Beneficiaries; Foster children's participation and social involvement, young people and their families in the community; Combat loneliness and social isolation; Conscientialize for active and healthy aging, inclusive and participatory in the construction of a more just and humanist society.
For the realization of this project, Nossaterra constituted a multidisciplinary team with competences, that will be actively in the territory, with people and working in close articulation with all local entities, mobilizing all internal and external resources, in order to have the best results and impacts.
This initiative is co -financed by FSE+, People Program 2030, in 85% and by the Portuguese State Budget in 15%, with an estimated investment in the order of 480.000 euros.
