(Updated) PCP: Party took stock of the State Budget for 2023


In a statement, the PCP refers that, in relation to the district and the region, it concerns, the PCP submitted four proposals, two in the area of ​​accessibility and two in the area of ​​health.

In terms of health, we submitted a proposal to initiate procedures with a view to carrying out the expansion works at Hospital de Beja with the construction of its second phase, this proposal was rejected by the PS and Chega”.

Since the other health proposal was aimed at the return of the Hospital de São Paulo in Serpa to the management of the Ministry of Health, a proposal as fair as necessary, which was rejected by the PS; PSD; Enough and Liberal Initiative, which is revealing of who actually defends the National Health Service.

It should also be mentioned for the impacts it would also have on the region., the proposals presented in the area of ​​Local Government, of which we highlight the compensation for expenses within the scope of Covid, compensation for the brutal increase in costs, the elaboration of a concrete plan for the requalification of schools or even the increase of funds to guarantee better public transport.
