S.Martinho Amoreiras (Odemira): recovery center violates Campaniça.
The Recovery Center Viola Campaniça and Sing Improvisation will be created in the village of S. Martin Amoreiras, inside the Odemira, in order to contemplate the teaching and research aspects.
It is intended to be a cultural organization to community service, bringing together one Museológico Space, Training Program and Cultural Program.
The project results from a joint venture between the Municipality of Odemira, the Board of S Parish. Martin Amoreiras, the House of the People S. Martin Amoreiras and the ADA - Association for the Development of Amoreiras-Gare, entities join forces to study, training and dissemination of instrumental and vocal manifestations associated with Viola Campaniça, to Sing Improvisation and Popular Poetry, striking forms of cultural expression in the identity of the area.
The Museum Space recreates the sing of the environment in inland villages through Taberna concept of recovery, while active center of cultural production and dissemination. It will also be a centralized space for all tangible and intangible assets associated with available viola Campaniça, to sing the Despique and jolt and popular poets of the county, encouraging research and continuous collection in this area and preserving the memories.
The Formative program will focus on learning / improvement touch of Viola Campaniça and Sing to Despique and jolt, the construction of Viola Campaniça, as well as contact, dissemination and promotion of folk poetry. Initially, the audience focuses on the 1st cycle of basic education (may eventually involve other levels of education), strand complemented with training in post-employment period for the active population.
The Cultural Program aims to give visibility to their work, aimed at attracting new students and also favoring all activities that already exist in the territory and disclose Viola Campaniça, Sing to jolt and Despique and the People's Poetry, examples of which are the activities "sounds and flavors", the "Parties May" in Amoreiras-Gare, Music backyard and the program "Animate the summer".
This initiative is intended to affirm the parish S. Martin Amoreiras as the capital of Viola Campaniça and Sing Improvisation, enhance the construction and the touch of Viola Campaniça, contribute to the affirmation and consolidated growth Sing to Despique and jolt, ensure the safety of these popular art forms, identity of the Odemira municipality and dynamic territory.
