Presented last February in Aljustrel, natural land of the entrepreneur Paul Cavaco, the Salxibox is based on a different model of restoration, going where the consumer is, whether at festivals, fairs, beaches or the streets of the locality Algarve to Minho.
With 12 Car, Food Truck based on mobile-restaurant, the Salxibox created a network of dining outlets, developed by the entrepreneur himself, having as product four different types of sausages, manufacturing own, accompanied with bread and served in box to ensure the concept of "take and eat".
Present in Ovibeja, at Avenida bruise Park Center and Manuel Castro Brito, near the arenas and Multipurpose Arena, where concerts take place, the Salxibox offers “a unique experience of tasty national, both in the sausage, Bread and format”, adding that is essential “brand promotion and raising awareness of the product made from selected cuts”, revealed to Lidador News, Susana Gomes, Commercial Director of the company.
With a Logistics Center located in São Bartolomeu de Messines, the company receives the product of a factory in Luxembourg, but next year “we hope to have our own plant in Alentejo”, revealed. In the fleet of trailers, the Salxibox created so far 20 posts jobs, “all pertaining to the company does not resort to temporary employment agencies. “We started in the Algarve, we are in the Alentejo and we want to get on the map of the country and promote the product internationally. Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, are countries where we want to leave our mark”, concluded.
