SERPA receives the Transfronic Meeting of EPAS Teachers (ESERMANGE ESERMANGE SCHOOLS PROGRAM) from Portugal and Spain.
It will be organized by Escola Secundária de Serpa, in partnership with EUROPE DIRECT Baixo Alentejo, ADPM Mértola and the Europe XXI association. It has the support of Serpa City Hall and the Academic Association of Economic and Political Sciences.
The chosen theme will be Peace, and will also address the 40 years of the Signing of the Accession Treaty of Portugal and Spain to the EEC. The two days promise to be intense and fruitful, highlighting a set of initiatives that will be open to the public.
Highlight for: • the opening of the exhibition “We with Europe”, on 24, as 15:30, at the Municipal Library – activity promoted by the Academic Association of Economic and Political Sciences; • on the same day, a partir the 21:30, Musibéria hosts the play “Alentejo, Land of Salvation”, by the Theater group (In)Cena); • and in the afternoon of the day 25, the Cante Museum hosts another edition of the Cup with Europe, which will bring together MEPs from both sides of the border – an activity promoted by Europe XXI.
