Next Saturday and Sunday, Serpa will host the Semi-finals and Final of the Final Four of the Men's Handball Supercup. Organization of the Portuguese Handball Federation and City Council.
The Supercup Final Four, which will take place at the Carlos Pinhão Pavilion, on days 10 and 11 of September, marks the official start, Serpa, the beginning of the season 2022/23 with the first title of the season under discussion between CF Os Belenenses, Sporting CP, SL Benfica and FC Porto.
The draw took place, last day 22 July, in the session room of the Municipality of Serpa, and dictated the following game pairing:
Semi-finals- 10 of September
15h00: S.L.Benfica-F.C.Porto (broadcast on RTP2)
17h30: C.F. “Os Belenenses-Sporting C.P.
Final- 11 of September
17h00: Saturday game winners (RTP2 broadcast)
FC Porto is the holder of the Supercup – that he raised in the final contested with the “lions” (34-29) – and trophy record holder, with eight, followed by ABC, with seven, Benfica, with six, e Sporting, with three. Belenenses never won the competition
