Ourique: Municipality supports acquisition of vehicle for firefighters.
Ourique City Council approved, a 31 January 2024, financial support from 20 thousand euros to the Humanitarian Association of Volunteer Firefighters of Ourique for the acquisition of a Tactical Command Vehicle (VCOT).

Alvito: Municipality increases annual subsidy to be allocated to Firefighters.
According to a note from the Municipality, the increase is recorded at around 15.000 euros, with support now being 110.000 annual euros.

A man, of 74 year old, died today following the crash of the passenger vehicle he was driving, on a dirt path, next to an estate, in the municipality of Serpa, district of Beja, revelou a GNR.
