Ferreira do Alentejo: Municipality inaugurates the Popular University today.
The ceremony is presided over by the Minister of Culture, Pedro AdĂŁo e Silva, what takes place this sunday, to 16,30 hours, being that the Popular University is a project of the Municipality of Ferreira do Alentejo.
Beja: Active pigeon population control program during 8 months, costs 14 thousand euros.
The Municipality of Beja started a program to control the population of the so-called “city pigeons”, to reduce the number of birds, mitigate sources of pollution and damage to buildings.

A short circuit may have been the source of the fire., that did not cause victims. The causes are investigated and whether there is a need to relocate the affected family.
