ACOS-Association of Southern Farmers, has a definite position on the presence of the Portuguese Communist Party delegation (PCP) in Ovibeja.

Two and a half years after the last Fair in which the Municipality was represented with a physical stand in Beja (“South heritages” in October 2019), the municipality is back to an event in the city.
Ovibeja: President of the Republic visits the event on Sunday.
The Minister of Agriculture opens the fair tomorrow, only at 15,00 hours. The President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa will visit Ovibeja on the 24 (Sunday), at 15:00, as revealed by the organization.

Opening of the 38th Ovibeja will be chaired by the Minister of Agriculture, who will replace Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa who will be in the Assembly of the Republic to hear the President of Ukraine.
