Ourique: Pig Alentejo Fair. from today to sunday.
The edition starts today 2025 of the Alentejano de Ourique Pork Fair, To last until Sunday, having the municipality of Pinhel as invited. The organization of the event is the responsibility of the Chamber of Ourique and the Alentejo Pork Breeders Association (Acppa).
Ourique: IV Home Sausage Contest returns to the Alentejo Pork Fair in 2025.
The Fair Pork Alentejo, that takes place in Ourique de 21 a 23 March 2025, again includes the IV Home Sausage Contest, initiative that values the artisanal production of this traditional sauce.
