Sexual violations: Individual accused of raping a minor girl on eleven occasions, most in cars.
The Prosecutor of the Public Ministry (MP) de Ourique accused an individual, of 28 year old, Portuguese nationality, residing in France, the practice of 11 aggravated rape crimes, of an underage girl, which at the material time had 15 year old.
Beja: Pakistani citizen tried for raping a woman on the night of 25 April last year.
A Pakistani citizen, of 28 year old, who is in pre-trial detention at the Prison Establishment (EP) Beja, will be tried for the rape of a woman, crime that occurred in the early hours of the day 25 April 2023.

The three Portuguese citizens, residents in Beja, employees and managers of agricultural holdings, were not pronounced for trial, having “fallen†all the crimes of the accusation.

Due to lack of suitable places, with chair and desk, in the main room of the Beja Court, Twelve of the twenty lawyers participating in the investigative debate of a mega human trafficking case were placed in the “dock†today so they could defend their clients.

The process has 51 Defendants, 41 people, men and women and 10 Business, and the defenses of 13 defendants who appealed the accusation will seek to demonstrate the innocence of their clients and seek their release.
