The so-called Bletchley Declaration recognizes the opportunities and risks posed by advanced Artificial Intelligence, especially the potential problems of misuse and control, and calls for greater global collaboration to ensure AI is developed safely and responsibly.

Meta announced that Facebook and Instagram users in Europe will be able to pay a subscription to stop seeing ads on these social networks.

The technology company explains in a blog post that the objective is to comply with European legislation and notes that, anyone who has one of these subscriptions, your information will not be used in advertising.

As far as prices are concerned, Meta notes that users will be able to pay 9,99 euros on the web or 12,99 euros on Android or iOS per month to stop seeing ads on both social networks. However, after the day 1 March 2024, Users will have to pay an extra fee per month 6 euros on the web or 8 euros on Android and iOS for each associated account.

We continue with Meta, which seems to really want to change its advertising policy in Europe. If before we talked about a subscription without paid advertising, now we talk about the plan to offer the service without advertising to minors 18 year old.

The news was announced by the Wall Street Journal and states that Meta will remove advertising from all users under the age of 18 year old. This is the giant's answer to managing the use of these users' data in Europe.

What is known, this decision to remove advertising on Facebook and Instagram to users under the age of 18 years seems to be temporary. Meta will evaluate this situation and try to find a solution for these users, without compromising your plans.
