Asked whether they trust the way companies can deal with Artificial Intelligence technology, 79% responded negatively. Low confidence is apparently, transversal to all ages, gender and even ethnicity, being felt a little throughout society.
It should be noted that several businesspeople and even government entities have already called for the need to regulate technology, so the matter is understood with some urgency in several quarters.
It was released on the day 18 of September, by ANACOM – National Communications Authority – a new tool that allows anyone to find out fixed network coverage, mobile or satellite throughout the Portuguese territory.
The tool, called Geospatial Platform, is now available to the public at https://geo.anacom.pt/publico/home. More than serving the public to ensure they are more informed before hiring a service, the Geospatial Platform also aims to highlight the need for further development.
