The individual suspected of attacking his partner in the early hours of 27 August, in Grândola, He was accused by prosecutors (MP) of Beja of a crime of qualified theft, after being caught in the act of stealing a bicycle from a garage, in the city Alentejo.
According to the MP's indictment that Lidador Notícias (LN) We had access, Fúlvio Cavaco Silva, of 35 year old, was arrested on the morning of 26 March of this year, agents for PSP, “when preparing to put the bicycle inside a vehicle”, that he had stolen from a garage after forcing the locks on the door of a building.
The bicycle stolen by Fúlvio, had the value of 250 euros, the defendant will be tried in the middle of next October, with recourse to a Single Court. in the indictment, the MP encourages them to declare themselves lost in favor of the State, the vehicle and objects used in the theft.
It was this arrest that initiated an investigation that led to the arrest of the defendant again., in 12 April, having your partner, of 30 years and, another accomplice, of 31 year old, defendants were made. At that time, eleven bicycles were seized, two frames, a wheel, a scooter and various material from the thefts, in addition to another motor vehicle which transported the stolen bicycles to Lisbon, where there were receivers with establishments open to the public and sold the bicycles as used.
