Tourism: Regional Entity has opened applications for the program "365 Alentejo, Ribatejo".
Result of a partnership Alentejo Tourism, Tourism Promotion Agency and Turismo de Portugal, applications are open to the Program "365 Alentejo, Ribatejo", for the construction and promotion of an event calendar.
A Entidade Regional de Turismo, in partnership with the Regional Tourism Promotion Agency and Turismo de Portugal, launched the "365 Alentejo, Ribatejo", a program aimed at building and promoting a consistent and coherent events of the annual calendar, both a geographical and temporal perspective.
Aimed at events organized by local authorities or by the agents and cultural and tourist companies operating in 58 municipalities of the territory – by application -, the program "365 Alentejo, Ribatejo" is intended to cultural initiatives, sports, or nature and adventure and relevant to the Portuguese and foreign markets, in addition to favoring the focus on identity and cultural and natural heritage and the promotion of consumption and environmentally friendly practices.
The "365 Alentejo, Ribatejo" intends, above all, support the promotion and dissemination of structural events that are held at destinations, giving greater prominence to the various segments of the domestic and international markets and, consequently, boost the number of visits to the territory throughout the year.
