The Union of Parishes of Beja (Salvador and Feira) promotes from next Friday, day 13, by 18h, in the Public Garden the traditional Earth Fair. Funds raised from the sale of reusable cups, this year it is delivered to the Social Reception Center “A Buganvilia”.
This edition will have a very diverse sports program with a Trampoline gymnastics demonstration, a children's football tournament in the naughty category, Judo demonstration, handball and basketball. There will be face painting for children and displays of local and regional products.
The musical program starts on Friday, by 21h, with the “Short Rein” and at 11pm with the “Improvised”, Saturday, day 14, at 5pm the “Charanga Zuluband", at 9:30 p.m. “Talha boys” and to finish, at 11pm, the Group “The Bane”. No Sunday, day 15, at 4:30 p.m. “Nightingales of Alentejo”, at 5pm and 3pm, the “Village Boys” and 6 p.m., the “Tr3s & Wheel". Since the edition of 2022 that the Earth Fair has its social component, by handing over the funds raised from the sale of reusable cups, to social solidarity institutions.
