Esteve Presente nesta Inauguração o Ministro da Cultura Dr. Pedro Adão e Silva, o Presidente da CMB Dr. Paulo Arsénio e o Dr. Pedro Sobrado Presidente do Concelho de Administração da Museus e Monumentos de Portugal.
Sunday day 17 March, realizou-se a V Cãominhada, evento cuja receita reverteu totalmente a favor do Cantinho dos Animais. The executive of the Parish Council of the Union of Parishes of Beja (Salvador and Feira), agradece o apoio da CMB, the Policia de Segurança Pública e da sua Secção de Transito pelo excelente trabalho que garantiu a segurança dos caminhantes em todo o trajeto do percurso, principalmente nas travessias de ruas com maior trafego de trânsito, agradece à empresa Coimbra e Pereira pela oferta das maçãs para o reforço alimentar de todos os caminhantes, agradece a todos os funcionários da freguesia que foram fundamentais no apoio logístico para que o evento corresse tal como previsto. Agradece aos mais de cem participantes, em particular aos caminhantes que quiseram proporcionar um dia de alegria e diferente a mais de quatro dezenas de cães, sediados nesta Associação. Esta foi a forma que o executivo quis com esta iniciativa ajudar a Associação do Cantinho dos Animais pelo excelente trabalho que desenvolve com a recolha, tratamento e adoção de cães abandonados no nosso Concelho.
