The Baixo Alentejo Local Health Plan team (PLSBA) 2024-2030 presents to internal and external partners the stages of its preparation, which is ongoing until the end of the year 2024.
The presentation session will take place in the NERBE/AEBAL auditorium, starting at 10:45am.
O PLSBA 2024-2030 is a fundamental step to promote health and reduce inequities in Baixo Alentejo, through a population-based approach, based on broad collaboration between partners and the principles of sustainability, with the potential to transform the future of the region and increase health gains for the population.
The Local Health Plan (PLS) is simultaneously a population-based strategic document and a management instrument, of change and internal and external communication. Being an integrative tool and facilitator of coordination and collaboration between multiple local health entities and other sectors of the community, becomes a true social commitment between all health co-producing agents.
The ultimate objective of PLS ​​do Baixo Alentejo (PLSBA) 2024-2030 is to improve the health of the population of Baixo Alentejo and reduce inequities.
The principles for preparing the PLSBA 2024-2030 are collaboration, partnership and intersectionality, having as key elements the participation and commitment of people (individual and collective).
