Aljustrel: Mine warehouse fire. There were no injuries.
A fire broke out early on Thursday, in the Aljustrel mine, The Zona not Lvria.
(Updated) The fire broke out at about 10,00 hours in zone “lavaras”, taking what was possible to ascertain started on a treadmill. On site there were flammable products did not come to burn. No injuries to register. The situation was reported controlled at about 11,40 hours.
The fire was fought in the initial phase by the mine picket team and then the Fire Aljustrel were driven, Beja, Castro Verde, Ourique and Ferreira do Alentejo.
The municipal civil protection services and the GNR of Aljustrel were also on site.
