The Judiciary Police announced in a statement the arrest of a man and a woman suspected of the murder of Jan Otton, of 79 years and Ilse Borgwardt, of 71 year old, the German couple found dead in the house.
The Judicial Police, through South Board, arrested a man and a woman, of 54 and 37 years respectively, for strong evidence of the commission of two crimes of aggravated homicide, offense occurred in the municipality of Beja.
The facts relate to mid-April, taking the bodies of the victims, a man and a woman, septuagenarians, found inside your home, in the past day 10 May, approximately one month after the consummation of the crime.
Following the investigation launched, it was possible to determine that the victims were attacked with a blunt object, by the suspects, in which, at time, shared housing and whose personal relationship was deteriorating.
The detainees will be presented before the competent Judicial Authority, for the purposes of the first judicial questioning and application of an appropriate coercive measure.
The investigation is directed by the Department of Investigation and Criminal Action of Beja.
