(Last hour) Beja: PSP detained African citizen who barricaded himself in an apartment.
A Gambian citizen was arrested by PSP after having been barricaded in an apartment for more than three hours. A discussion between African citizens have given rise to the situation.
The case occurred this evening in an apartment of the 1st floor located in Praceta Master António de Sousa, the so-called Quarter Hawks, near the building of the Social Security and it will have been due to an altercation inside the space where more than ten and a half of African citizens.
