A large tree trunk fell this afternoon in Beja, causing damage to four vehicles that were parked on Rua Antero de Quental, in front of the city castle, not having the injured registration.
The accident occurred at about 17,10 hours, at a height, in which despite the gray day the wind was not felt, it hadn't even rained before, everything pointing out that the trunk will have broken due to the old age of the same.
PSP, Firefighters and Municipal Civil Protection are on site., to cut and remove the powerful trunk from the top of the vehicles so that the owners and the Police can assess the damage. There was no need to interrupt traffic on that artery in the Historic Center of Beja.
