Cuba is the county where the Covid-19 situation is most critical, with more cases in the past 14 days for 100 thousand. Data has been updated, Monday, by the Directorate-General for Health (DGS).

According to geographic distribution, in the situation report, Cuba has a cumulative impact on 14 days of 5.658 cases by 100 thousand. It is the only municipality with more than 5.000 cases, but above 4.000 stand out Mêda (4.600), Aguiar da Beira (4.106) and Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo (4.208).

On the other hand, there are four counties that registered zero cases of Covid-19 for 100 thousand inhabitants last 14 days: Corvo, Lajes das Flores, Lajes do Pico and São Roque do Pico.

According to the daily report (Daily report 18-01-2021) the Local Health Unit of Baixo Alentejo (ULSBA), concerning 24,00 hours 17 January, the municipality of Beja is on the verge of exceeding five and a half hundred cases, recording 549 inetados, the highest value of the thirteen municipalities in the ULSBA's area of ​​influence, followed by Cuba with 233, Moura with 199 and Almodôvar with 109 cases.
