The Prime Minister confirms that Portugal takes the next step in the deflation from Monday. There are nineteen counties on alert, three in the district of Beja (Beja, Moura and Odemira).
The municipalities of Beja, Moura and Odemira, are among those who are on alert. “We have a total of nineteen counties above the risk threshold, six of which above 240 new cases per hundred thousand inhabitants â€, said António Costa.
The Prime Minister warns that, according to the experts' proposals, if the municipalities remained in the risk zone for the next fifteen days, will not advance to the next phase of the deflation.
“We have a total of nineteen counties above the risk threshold, six of which above 240 new cases per hundred thousand inhabitants â€, advance. Even so, Costa notices that “for now”, the advance will be the same across the country.
About Easter, the government official notes that the risk measures are maintained until today 5 April. “We must avoid socializing with everyone. The traditional Easter lunch should be avoided”, alert.
“When we are talking about our family, we are talking about everyone we want to protect. I renew the call for all of us to make the effort so that this Easter is not unhappy”, affirms Costa.
António Costa: “The ban on traffic will cease on weekends from the 5th”
