Four municipalities in the Beja district are among the 14 at very high risk of contagion in the face of the covid pandemic. Seven are at moderate risk at the lowest of the scale.
In the accumulated incidence rate higher than 480 by 959 thousand, are the Municipalities of Aljustrel, Canyons, Castro Verde and Ferreira do Alentejo. Há três concelhos em risco elevado e sete em moderado.

In the explanatory note of data by municipality it is stated that the cumulative incidence “corresponds to the quotient between the number of new confirmed cases in the 14 days prior to the time of analysis and the estimated resident population â€.
