The Government will create discounts for freight transporters at gas stations in four border areas with Spain, including Vila Verde de Ficalho. António Oliveira, owner of a gas station in that location found out about the case through Lidador Notícias.
António Oliveira, fuel resale businessman, based in Vila Verde de Ficalho, Serpa county, was taken by surprise by the Government's announcement about discounts for freight transporters at gas stations.
“I found out about the subject through Lidador Notícias (LN). Nobody, wherever you were from, Government or other institutions contacted us about the system to be tested”, he said in astonishment.
António Oliveira's post is located in Vila Verde de Ficalho, five kilometers from Spain (Rosal de la Frontera), one of the four borders where the system will be tested in the second quarter of this year.
"Who, as, when and under what conditions, will be able to supply, These are questions that make us apprehensive.”, justified the businessman.
“The companies will be aware of the location of the stations or we will have to develop these contacts”, says António Oliveira, who is concerned about the fact that his gas station is located within the town.
If suppliers contribute, “I’ll put up some signs next to the National Road, otherwise I’m quiet or I’ll lose money.”, ends.
