Not satisfied with the decision, he appealed to the Court of Appeal of Évora (THREE), in the past day 4 June, decided to convict the defendant of aggravated false testimony, the penalty 210 fine days, at the same rate as 5 euros, in a total value of 1.050 euros.
According to the TRE ruling to which Lidador NotĂcias had access, the facts occurred on the last day of 2020 when the woman called the GNR to file a complaint against a young man, he sent photos showing his penis, who undressed her and felt her genitals and wanted the girl to give him oral sex.
In the investigation phase, in June 2021, was questioned by a PJ inspector, who confirmed the statements made to the GNR and reaffirmed the desire for criminal proceedings against the alleged perpetrator of the acts against his daughter and signed the inquiry report.
One year later and before the MP, still a participant in possible crimes, denied three situations: have been heard by the GNR, having made statements to the PJ and having read what he had signed.
Based on this testimony, the woman was accused of false statements made., having been accused of the crime of aggravated false testimony.
