An investigation into a case of domestic violence, where a child infringed on the parent's abuse, led to the GNR seizing eleven weapons, including a shotgun of silver pipes.
The diligence of the soldiers of the Nucleus for Research and Support for Specific Victims (NIAVE) that culminated in a home search, took place in Vila de Frades, county Vidigueira, and involved an individual from 42 year old, who raped her father, of 88 year old.
In the housing magazine, seven hunting rifles were seized, three rifle rifles and a compressed air rifle.
NIAVE's action included the reinforcement of the Vidigueira Territorial Post, the individual having been accused, subject to term of identity and residence (TIR) and the facts sent to the Judicial Court of Cuba.
On Friday, detained another individual for the same crime that was presented to a Criminal Investigating Judge at the Beja Court, having been in pre-trial detention awaiting trial.
