The Municipal Medal of Merit will be awarded to the following individuals / entities that through their actions contributed to the growth of the municipality name: António Ceia da Silva, President of the Alentejo Tourism, ERT; José Arruda, Secretary General of the Association of Portuguese Municipalities Wine; Roberto Pereira Grilo, Chairman of the Coordination and the Alentejo Regional Development and Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Alentejo Management Authority 2020; José Mâncio Rosa Soeiro, President of the Municipal Assembly of Vidigueira; Ana Paula Amendoeira, Regional Director of the Alentejo Culture; José Alberto Noronha Marques Robalo, President of the Executive Council of the ARS Alentejo; José Gaspar Robles Monteiro Rodrigues, former member of the Board of Directors of ULSBA and Vitifrades, Local Development Association.
Posthumously: Alfredo Caetano da Silva, Doctor; Manuel João Mansos, poet and founder of the Coral Group “Os Vindimadores” and António Inverno, plastic artist.
