Military of the NIC of Beja apprehended the taxi driver of Pedrogão, nine forbidden weapons: six fire and three white.
a sexagenarian, resident Pedrogão Alentejo, county Vidigueira, was arrested and accused by the GNR, for possession of nine prohibited weapons, six fire and three white, the case was referred to the Judicial Court of Cuba.
The individual 65 year old, was being investigated since the beginning of the year by military personnel from the Criminal Investigation Center of Beja, for the practice of aggravated threats against people of the locality. The investigative efforts carried out by Guarda, culminated on Thursday with the execution of four search warrants, one at home and three in vehicles.
The operation resulted in the seizure of two hunting weapons., two compressed air and two revolvers, 366 ammunition of different calibers, two machetes and a dagger.
Given the danger of the individual, professional taxi driver, the action of the GNR counted on the reinforcement of the Intervention Detachment of the Territorial Command of Beja.
