Vidigueira: Municipality offers firefighters equipment.
The Vidigueira municipality offered equipment to the village firefighters to work in potentially dangerous atmospheres, in an investment of around five thousand euros.
Within the scope of support to the institutions of the municipality and with the concern to provide Vidigueira Firefighters with adequate means and equipment to provide, in the best conditions, aid to the population, the Vidigueira City Council handed over to the Humanitarian Association of Voluntary Firefighters of Vidigueira, three ARICA’s (Insulating Breathing Apparatus, Open Circuit), equipment to act in potentially dangerous atmospheres, an investment of around five thousand euros.
