Celebrates in Beja 2019 the 350 years of the first edition of the "Portuguese Letters" Soror Mariana Alcoforado. The "Festival B" will be dedicated to Mariana Alcoforado and the "Portuguese Letters": one of the most beautiful love stories.

The initiatives begin on 4 January with the inauguration of the permanent exhibition 100 STEPS the next day 4 January, at 19:00, of Beja Regional Museum, with support doArquivo District of Beja. This exhibition is sponsored by Municipality of Beja, a CIMB and Beja Regional Museum, is part of the programming Festival B – Beja, City of Mariana Alcoforado and will be open to the public until 31 December 2019.
