Four men went to the victim's residence, in Aljustrel, suspecting that this had been responsible for the disappearance of a large quantity of drugs. They entered the house and, under threat of firearm, They demanded to know where the drugs were. The victim assured that he knew nothing.
The men hit the victim in the head with the butts of the pistols they had brought.. How the offended person maintained that he knew nothing, They forced him into a car and took him to an apartment in the Setúbal area. The man was attacked and threatened with death throughout the night. He would end up being released with several ailments.
After an investigation by the Judicial Police, the Public Ministry of Ourique has now moved forward with the indictment of three of the suspects. The fourth attacker has not yet been identified.
